That D-Link configuration does not work. I talked to D-Link technical
support and they told me that I could get an unofficial firmware upgrade
there are two files with dsl500 in the name, one is the upgrade program 
and the other is the configuration manual. This upgrade is for ipoa 
connection types and seems to work OK.

Also the configuration can be done through the web interface.
