After doing an auto ansi change:-

192.168.1.1> itex (enter)

ITEX> txgain 8 (enter)
ITEX> bitswap 1 (enter)
ITEX> home (enter)

> config save
> restart

TXGAIN increases the time it takes to try and sync
BITSWAP is like adding a filter to the line, it tried to sync better if
there is line noise.

Let see how that goes.
